Who can take part in the ‘Thank You, HSE!’ initiative?
Anyone can contribute to the development of HSE or their favorite faculty.
Are there any limitations on the amount of money I can donate?
There are no limitations on a donation’s size. When making a transfer, please note that the bank will withhold a commission of 2% from each payment.
How to donate to a specific department or project?
The top menu on the initiative’s website lists the areas of support (Students; Faculties and Campuses; University) with a drop-down list of faculties and branches. Each area and faculty/campus includes different projects. You can donate to any project directly from the page with its description. If you don’t want to donate to a specific project, or you are hesitating, you may contribute to the development fund of a faculty/campus. Donations without a strict designated purpose are more useful, since they can be used for the most urgent needs.
How may I contribute as a company?
If it’s easier for you to donate as a legal entity, you must sign a standard donation contract. This is a standardized procedure that doesn’t take too much time. Please contact Engè Iskhakova by phone +7-495-772-95-90*27640, or via e-mail at: eiskhakova@hse.ru
What if I want to donate to a department/project not listed on the website?
If you know specifically what amount is needed by a department to implement a project not listed on the website, and are ready to transfer the full amount, you can do so by adding a comment describing the specific purpose of your donation. Otherwise, we recommend donating to the department in question without specifying the project.
Can I donate to thank a specific person at HSE?
If you want to thank a specific person who used to teach you or otherwise impacted your professional and personal development, you may donate to a faculty/campus development fund, or any of the projects, and indicate this person’s name in the online donation form. The person will automatically receive a message at their HSE e-mail address with your words of gratitude, or simply informing them about the donation.
